FAQ

GAME TIMES & ENTRY

  • Games are played at the Canyon Crest Academy Stadium in Carmel Valley for the Upcoming Season.
  • Gates open one hour before the game begins. Tailgating is allowed prior.
  • At the entrance gate, present your digital ticket from your phone (ticket is found in your email) or a printed copy. All tickets are delivered digitally via email and can be printed or shown through email for entry into the stadium. A QR code will be on your tickets and represents all tickets purchased by transaction for the game.
  • Fans who wish to leave the stadium and return to the same game must have their hand stamped by the gate attendant prior to exiting.
  • Please refer to the Prohibited and Restricted Items section for entry policies.

PARKING

  • Parking is free and available at Canyon Crest Academy.
  • From the CA-56 take Exit 3 toward Carmel Valley Road. Then turn right onto Edgewood Bend Court. Follow the signs to the parking lot upon arriving.
  • Tailgating is permitted in the parking lot before the game.

TICKETS

  • Tickets can be purchased for all home games on our website in advance or at the game
  • Adult Tickets are $12 for General admission 
  • Children tickets are $8 for those 18 and younger.
  • Military with an ID are $5
  • Group tickets 12 or more can be purchased for $5
  • All tickets are delivered digitally via email and can be printed or shown through email for entry into the stadium. A QR code will be on your tickets and represents all tickets purchased by transaction for the game. For example, if you purchase four tickets the QR code will scan for all four tickets individually.

FORWARDING TICKETS

  • You can forward tickets to friends and family joining you at the game separately. Simply log in to your Passage account, select the game and “forward tickets”, follow the prompts to select the tickets you wish to forward and send via email.

TICKET REFUNDS

  • Refunds will not be granted unless the game is canceled. In that case, you will receive a full refund for any ticket purchased.

TICKETS FOR GROUPS & TEAMS

  • Groups wishing to setup a special event around the game such as birthday celebrations or team victories contact us should use our to get more information and set up your event with us

CONCESSIONS

  • Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be sold at the stadium during the game and only credit or debit cards will be accepted for payment.

PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS

  • Items such as whistles, plastic horns, fireworks, flares, smoke bombs or other safety hazards are strictly prohibited.
  • Stadium security, ushers and team staff should make every reasonable effort to prevent these prohibited items from entering the facility.
  • Any individual caught with the above items will be expelled from the facility.

We request your cooperation in supporting the players, coaches, and match officials in a positive manner. Profanity, Derogatory comments or other intimidating actions directed at players, officials, Club representatives or SUPPORTERS OR FANS BY OTHER SPECTATORS OR MATCH PARTICIPANTS will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and positive game environment built on respect, community, and competition.” 

Any use of the following types of language towards a spectator, match official, coach, player or Club / league employee will result in immediate expulsion from the venue: Sexist or Misogynistic; Racist; Homophobic; Xenophobic; Abusive or Derogatory

The following types of behavior are prohibited at all National Independent Soccer Association events, and will result in the appropriate actions and penalties:

  • Any type of violence towards a fellow spectator
  • Any type of violence towards an official, coach, or player
  • Using or throwing objects such as cups, food, beverages, or laser pointers to cause harm or impede the match
  • Rushing the field to create any type of public reaction, and/or accost a match official, player, or coach
  • Intentional destruction of property
